Contact The Desk

One address, read by the person who runs the tests. Corrections, method questions and operator suggestions all land in the same inbox.

Reaching Us

Email only

Write to contact@usaonlinesweepstakes.com. Replies usually go out within two working days.

Corrections

If a package, floor or payout time no longer matches what we published, tell us which row and what you saw. We re-test rather than quietly edit a number.

Method questions

Ask and we will explain how a figure was produced, including when the account was funded and which free routes were used.

Operators

Factual errors get fixed quickly. Requests to move up the board, remove a slow settlement figure or preview a page before publication are declined.

What we cannot doWe have no access to your account at any operator. Locked accounts, held redemptions and failed verification have to go through that operator support channel first.
